Amy Enos (she/her) is a bilingual Client Care Coordinator who cares deeply about helping people feel comfortable, respected, and understood—especially during moments that may feel overwhelming or unfamiliar.

Although she is not a therapist, Amy plays an important role in ensuring that clients can access care that truly fits who they are and what they need, without fear of judgment. As someone with lived experience navigating neurodivergence and recovery—and as someone who has always supported the LGBTQIA+ community through meaningful personal relationships—she is committed to care that honors identity, autonomy, and dignity. Her approach is warm, patient, and people-first—always aiming to meet others where they are, with compassion and buckets of love (as needed).

Amy brings a background in communication, administrative coordination, and community-focused work, with a strong ability to keep things organized and flowing behind the scenes. She is especially skilled at supporting individuals who have felt dismissed or misunderstood in traditional systems, including many Spanish-speaking clients. She values connection over formalities and believes healing starts with being treated like a whole person, not just a case.

Outside of Wombat, Amy creates Spanish-language mental health content, where she shares personal insights, educational tools, and reflections on ADHD, emotional wellness, and access. She believes that even small acts of kindness and understanding—especially in early interactions—can help people feel more safe, seen, and empowered.
