Experience and Expertise:

  • Adolescents: Having mentored campers aged 16 to 17 during summers as a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Lead, I understand the challenges and joys of adolescence. I am committed to supporting young minds as they navigate life’s complexities.
  • Grief and Trauma: My background equips me to guide clients through grief and trauma. I believe in the healing power of empathy and compassion.
  • Life Skills and ADHD: I specialize in helping individuals build essential life skills and cope with ADHD. Together, we explore strategies for success.
  • Healthy Relationships with Food: Nourishing both body and mind is crucial. I work with clients to foster positive relationships with food and promote overall well-being.

Languages: Fluent in both American Sign Language (ASL) and English, I ensure effective communication and accessibility for all.

Outside the Office: When I’m not immersed in my work, you’ll find me tending to my houseplants, running with my pups, or escaping into captivating video game worlds. Self-care is my anchor as I strive for a world where diversity is celebrated.

I look forward to connecting with our community and making a meaningful impact. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together!
