With over 29 years of cultivated experience in water use efficiency, watershed restoration, educational outreach, and policy/legislative analysis, Elena is an accomplished expert in providing high-end review and analysis of policies, programs, and people. Her adept writing and speaking skills continue to be highly praised and sought after for everything ranging from webinars, website content consulting, editing doctoral capstone projects, and speaking engagements for a wide range of audiences.
Ms. Kroo holds both a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Master of Planning (MPL) with an emphasis in developing countries, from the University of Southern California as well as a Bachelor of Arts, Urban Studies from Loyola Marymount University. She is also a licensed Phlebotomist (CPT I). Her coaching certifications include Certified Master Coach (CMC), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Group Coach (CGC), Certified Team Coach (CTC), and Certified Laser Coach (CLAC).
