We’ll set up a consultation where we can chat about what you’re looking for, answer any questions you’ve got, go over payment and insurance options, and help you find the therapist who feels right for you. All our appointments are online, so you can get the support you need from the comfort of your own space.
Completing the form below notifies us of your interest in starting therapy. We will send your intake documents, including instructions to activate your portal account and upload your insurance card so we can verify your plan coverage details.
If you are self-pay, or once your insurance details have been verified, you will be scheduled for a consultation. If there are any issues with your insurance or if we are out-of-network, you will receive options for accessing services.
During your consultation, share with us your reason(s) for seeking therapy and ask any questions you have about the process. At the end of your consultation, you will be added to your preferred therapist’s waitlist, directly scheduled for your initial assessment, or provided referrals that better fit your needs.
And with that, all the paperwork and waiting is over, and you have established, regular care with your affirming Wombat therapist.
